Text Ratio is a number that ScreamingFrog returns that takes into account the number of characters on a page that are not HTML & divides them by the total number of characters that are.

This is important for marketers as they can visualize how much of their content is written vs. other elements of the page.

It also complements the word count category, as it adds more color to the number of words that are being counted as being used on the page.
